Cabbage Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Sauté the cabbage until slightly caramelized.
  2. Blend the cream cheese, sugar, and half of the sautéed cabbage until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and the remaining cabbage.
  5. Let cool and slice with caution.
